2025 Virtual Group Consulting

Private Practice Profitability (PPP) is a virtual monthly group consulting experience. Amber and Sheila meet with a small group of business owners once a month for 2 hours to support in building and scaling your company. Our members are from all over the country and are highly skilled with a niched population. Membership in this group is required for a minimum of 6 months. Applications are reviewed for new applicants to join and advised of the next available cohort. PPP opens for new members in March and September. During this experience, members will have access to the whole consulting team, leading experts in different areas of the business arenas, and most importantly the relationship accountability needed create the business of your dreams.

 

  • Some business owners don’t want to manage people, they only want to increase profit. The way to do this is by creating elite services that separate you from other service providers in your area. These services can include: workshops, trainings, intensives, group therapy, digital products, and non-conventional modalities.

    1:1 services will create a cap in profit or revenue. Increasing your options of deliverables will raise your revenue ceiling and allow for more profit. When you work with coaches like Amber and Sheila, they have the experience, knowledge and systems to support your business and increase your profit margin.

  • This is for the business owners that are interested in going from one location to two locations. Or, business owners that are interested in growing from a solo practice to a group practice. Workflows and systems are the way to make your business work for you.

    Scaling in size will increase revenue, however, without the efficient systems you’ll be working harder not smarter. Consultants like Amber and Sheila have these systems and workflows created where you can take advantage of expedited implementation.

  • So much of what is needed to run a successful AND profitable business is not taught in graduate school. Format and Structure of Monthly Virtual Group Consulting

  • Dates are set at the beginning of each 6 month cohort

  • Members agree to attend all scheduled meetings

  • Membership rate is $350 per 2 hour meeting

  • Groups are intentionally small by design and will include at minimum 3 facilitators

  • Business Enactments and Tools are delivered at every meeting

  • Meetings will consist of Expert guests

  • Additional quarterly trainings and workshops are only offered to members

  • Guidelines are agreed upon by all members at the beginning of each cohort
