Systems Creation
Private & Group Practice Owners
The path of owning a business is a long one. Casey Truffo reports in her book, From Clinician to CEO; “7 out of 10 therapists won’t make it in private practice”. Emotions described by many business owners in solo practice are, “lonely, scary, inferior, exhausting, overwhelming, and unrelenting.” How can we provide such a valuable service, but have to fight so hard to keep it? Well, one issue is so many of us try to do it alone. There is no gold medal for pushing through and doing it all by yourself. In fact, the business may not even be sustainable after pushing through for years.
Systems creation is applying what we teach our clients, only we apply it to our own business model. #1 Ask for help. There are so many roles or hats that we wear as business owners, and, much like if they were actual people, we would need them to communicate to each other. Therefore, when we create our systems to streamline or automate these roles, we need those systems to communicate with each other too. This is what allows our business to run without us. Whether we are in solo practice, or, own a group practice.
In this full day you will receive 1:1 support from Amber and Sheila, as well as members of their team, to build one of your systems for your practice. If you can’t make it to attend this workshop, send a member of your team instead. This is the start to more time on your hands and freedom from your practice.
