Stepping Into Abundance (SIA) is the business side of Stepping into Wholeness only for providers/healers/therapists/business owners. SIA groups and workshops are led by Sheila Maitland and Amber Tolbert - two business owners with more than 50 years experience in the mental health arena offering clinical services, trainings, and business accountability! These two ladies take a lot of pride in the work they do as group practice owners, fellow travelers, and leaders in the recovery community. Now you can participate in 3 different programs with them as you grow as a clinician, grow into a business owner, or grow into a group practice owner. They will both tell you the secret sauce to their success is the application of recovery - to all aspects, but they will also show you! Practice Abundance

Private Practice Owners

An accountability group for private practice owners looking to gain connection and knowledge to build their private practice or improve current systems. This group meets for 8 sessions and is focused on improving one’s relationship with their business.

Profit Accountability

Group Practice Owners

This is an accountability group for group practice owners looking to improve their systems, increase profit, and become an expert of their business. This group meets monthly, and membership is 6 month or 1 year commitment.

Systems Creation

Private and Group Practice Owners

This is a full day of systems creation! This program is for you if you need to develop, improve, or change a system within your business to improve the health of your practice. Come prepared to leave with a ready to use system!
